Open and honest government at all levels
Individual freedom and responsibility
Family centered values
Quality education that assures no child is left behind

Welcome to the Oglethorpe County Republican Party!

The primary mission of our Party is to recruit and elect Republican officials at the local, state and national level. As a grassroots organization, we strive to identify and train successful, civic-minded individuals to run for, and win, elective office. We are committed to holding our elected officials accountable for practicing common sense in local government.

We believe that the founding fathers of this country used profound wisdom when they drafted the U.S. Constitution. Our goal, in following this belief, is to promote and pursue common-sense Republican priorities; lower taxes, economic growth through proper planning, individual liberty, improved standards in education and the creation of an environment where each of our citizens can reach their maximum potential; all of which benefit our families and taxpayers.

The Oglethorpe County Republican Party is dedicated to energizing and cultivating a grassroots organization that is critical in serving as a comprehensive support system for Republican candidates. Our work to change the way business gets done in our county, our state and our nation depends on the generous commitment of both time and financial resources by Republican loyalists like you.

The Oglethorpe County Republican Party is also committed to keeping county residents informed of the activities of local government. We believe that and informed public is empowered to make positive change.
