About the Oglethorpe GOP

The Oglethorpe County Republican Party is looking to the future. We are the political party of new ideas, positive change, and represent the conservative values of the citizens of Oglethorpe County, Georgia, USA. It has been proven that when we unite, we are a force to be reckoned with. With so many candidates vying for limited positions in our government, we must be sure to vet these candidates, take the time to hear what they have to say and ask serious quesitons as to what plans/strategies they have to move Georgia forward. 

We encourage you to join us in the political process. This will be of the MOST important elections of our country and our county.  It is vital to our Constitutional rights to continue to push conservative representation for us all. Our Nation is facing, what seems to be, a battle for sanity. As our elections grow near, take the time to really vet the candidates running for county offices as well as National offices. Remember that most voters vote "against" a candidate instead of voting "for" a candidate because that person stands for what you believe in. 

Remember that every vote DOES count and with everyone's eyes on what transpired before, we need to continue the vigalence. Don't sit home and think that everything will be OK because your friend or neighbor will do the voting for the person you favor because that friend or neighbor may have the same thought. Let "them" all know that we stand arm in arm to bring civility and common sence back to our government.
